Acceptance

By using AI Panel ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

The Service forwards your prompt to multiple third-party large language model (LLM) providers and displays their responses alongside an automatically synthesized consensus. All outputs are generated by AI systems.

No advice — output may be wrong

AI Panel output is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, safety, mental-health, or other professional advice. Models hallucinate, contradict each other, and produce confidently wrong answers. Always verify critical information with a qualified professional and authoritative sources before acting.

Do not use the Service for high-stakes decisions, emergency situations, or any context where errors could cause harm to people, property, or finances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.
• Generate or attempt to extract content that infringes intellectual property, defames any person, harasses or sexually exploits anyone, or targets minors.
• Produce or solicit content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, malware, or other unlawful conduct.
• Submit material containing confidential, regulated (e.g. PHI under HIPAA, PCI cardholder data), or personally identifying information about others without lawful basis.
• Probe, abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits or security of the Service.
• Use outputs to train or fine-tune competing AI models, in violation of upstream provider terms.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where such representation is deceptive or unlawful.

You are also bound by the acceptable-use policies of the underlying providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek). A violation of any of those policies is a violation of these terms.

Your content

You retain whatever rights you hold in the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt, you grant the operator of this Service a limited license to transmit it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of producing a response. Ownership of model output is governed by the terms of each provider.

No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MODEL OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CONTENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR OF THIS SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY MODEL OUTPUT.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of this Service against any claim, loss, or expense arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any underlying provider's terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
